  Alpine Lodge can accommodate a group of 22 persons. It’s cozy living room with lovely rock fireplace overlooks the Big Thompson River and is ideal for informal meetings or family gatherings Alpine Lodge has 5 bedrooms, 4 with a private bathroom. Alpine has a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and dining area to accommodate your group. The picnic tables and gas event grills, conveniently located on the large rear flagstone patio, invite you to enjoy your favorite outdoor meal. Alpine has easy access to pool. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided. Downstairs; First bedroom with two doubles and a tub shower, second bedroom with two twins, third with one double second and third share a bath with just a shower. Upstairs; First bedroom is large with two doubles and two sets of bunks, just a shower, second bedroom with one double, set of bunks and just a shower. Sofa bed makes 22. We have had wonderful feedback from groups with 16 to 18 persons in Alpine which leaves a bit of room when not at max capacity. Towels changed daily. Minimum stay required; two nights spring and fall, and four nights during summer. Advance deposit required prior to booking.
