Nightly reservations at Glacier Lodge require a 50% payment in advance prior to our confirmation. All reservations are non-transferable, to another party, unit, or dates, and have a two night minimum stay requirement unless otherwise stated. It may be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room reservation. The credit card may then be used by Glacier Lodge L.P. for payment of a deposit as advised at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.
RATE | RESERVATION VALIDITY
Rates are subject to change until booked. Minimum stay requirements and nightly rate are; based on the unit, day, date and occupancy selected. Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Glacier Lodge L.P. shall retain official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, Glacier Lodge L.P. official records shall prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences
Multi-unit Bookings consisting of (3) or more units of any type or size booked under the same individual shall be considered a “Group” and will be subject to our Group Cancellation Policy.
Some rate plans may require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description. For these rate plans, once you make a reservation your credit card will be charged for the full amount. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation.
For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until the property check-in time on the day following the day of arrival. After that time the booking will be considered a no show and the room released back into available inventory. We may authorise the room rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card. Rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation. Glacier Lodge L.P. will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Glacier Lodge L.P. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquakes, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions, or declared natural disasters.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
All cancellations must be made by phone; Please call our Reservation Office at 1-800-523-3920. Please have your booking ID number available for reference. All cancellations are subject to a fee. Multi-unit Bookings consisting of (3) or more units of any type or size booked under the same individual shall be considered a “Group” and will be subject to our Group Cancellation Policy.
BED & BATH | ONE-BEDROOM STUDIO | TWO BEDROOM FAMILY CABINS
Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to arrival: refund granted less Flat Fee of $50 per unit.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival; Refund granted, half of all monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: are non-refundable, all monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Early departures, guest is responsible for all nightly charges included on original booking and any incidental charges to room and applicable tax. Minimum night stay applies.
GROUP FACILITIES | MULTI-UNIT BOOKINGS
Cancellations received more than 120 days prior to arrival; Refund granted less $100 fee, and only if all nights are re booked by another party.
Cancellations received less than 120 days: Half of all monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Cancellations received; less than 90 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, all monies collected to date will be forfeited.
Early departures; guest is responsible for all nightly charges included on original booking and any incidental charges to room and applicable tax. Minimum night stay applies.
RECEIVING REFUND PAYMENTS
Amounts greater than $750 will be mailed by company check. Please allow 30 days for refund to arrive. Only amounts less than $750 will be refunded back to credit cards. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for funding. If 120 days have lapsed between your initial deposit and the cancellation date, and a credit card was used as the payment method you will receive your refund by company check. Please allow 30 days for your refund check to arrive. Partial refunds for rebooking will not be granted.
ADDITIONAL POLICY REQUIREMENTS
We have a No Pet Policy. Please make arrangements to board your pet. Additional cleaning fee of $250.00 per night, per pet discovered on property. No Smoking inside! Please be considerate of neighbors while outside on shared porches,patios, and common areas. No RV Parking, campers, 5th wheel trailers, motorcycle trailers, or tent camping on property. Gift certificates can be used for lodging accommodations only. Advance reservation and deposit required. Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. No pop up shelters, gazebos or playpens. Management is not responsible for damage or theft of personal property.
